Wura episode 89 - 92 recap: “I hope we can still be friends”
Kayinsola approaches Fola as he's gardening in the first episode this week on Wura, but he quickly cautions her.
“You need to be more careful, everyone is still in the house” he reminds her.
But Kanyinsola’s recklessness has a reason. She just discovered that Wura had been spying on her through a listening device and now knows she and Fola are working together. Fola asks about the listening device and Kanyin says she plans to throw it away. But rebukes that thought and suggests they use it to set Wura up.
Meanwhile, on the poorer side of Iperindo, Dimeji is making lofty promises to Bisola.

“I really enjoy spending time with him, and I want to do that more often,” he says about his son to his
baby mama. Bisola is over the moon and can’t believe her luck. Dimeji can be a really sweet man.
As they are discussing, Tumininu interrupts them. Dimeji looks like he has seen a ghost and wrestles to free his hand from Bisola while Tumi ignores him and just focuses on Bisola. She has been moody since Dimeji decided to focus on Bisola and their kid, Jamal. She struggles at work and is frankly tired of everything. Dimeji approaches her at the mine to explain things.
“Listen Tumi, I never meant to hurt you,” he begins before explaining he wasn’t aware of Jamal.
“It pains me to see you in so much pain and I just need you to know that I never had the intention
to hurt you. I love you.”
Tumi asks what he really wants, and he reiterates his desire to gift Jamal the childhood he never had; one in which a father is present.
The end of Dimeji and Tumi
Dimeji asks if they can still be friends before taking his leave. His reasons for taking this path make sense and Tumi knows she can’t ask him to choose between herself and his child. She isn’t even selfish enough to demand such, and that’s why she is hurting more.
After Dimeji leaves, she begins crying. Interestingly, Jeje shows up. He has suddenly developed the gift of appearing when she needs emotional support.

Jeje asks if she is okay, and Tumi replies she is hurting.
“He said he wants us to be friends, how can I be friends with someone I still love?” she asks.
Jeje tells her it is better to be friends than be a third wheel. However, Tumi doesn’t mind, she is
in love with Dimeji and will fight for him.
Fola and Kanyin set Wura up
Kanyinsola tells Fola that they should murder Wura. The plan is to trick Wura into following them to
an unknown location since she’s already listening in on their conversation. However, Fola isn’t keen on murder.
“No! Wura is your mother,” he interjects. “We want justice, not a murder charge hanging over our heads.”

Kanyin reminds him of Wura’s many heinous crimes, but Fola won’t budge. He wants to beat Wura in a way that pleases the Lord. So they discuss meeting an old employee of Wura; who witnessed how Wura framed Fola, at an unknown location with the listening device nearby.
Wura and Jeje become agitated after hearing about the meeting. The thought of an old employee informing on her bothers Wura.
The following morning, she and Jeje discuss getting to the informant before Fola arrives at the location. However, Wura is anxious. It seems too easy and she doesn’t want to be cocky.
The way the events unfolded, her worries were not unfounded.
