016FM Season 1 episode 11 recap: Hostage and alliance
This week on 016FM, excitement is building for the Kwaal of The Vaal, but beneath the surface, tensions are boiling over. Karabo is still fuming at Tsietsi, Keith is still missing, and TK is getting deeper into dangerous territory. Here’s the recap.
Awkward tensions

It’s the day before the big Kwaal and there’s excitement in the air, but things are tense between Tsietsi and Karabo. She’s been avoiding him ever since she chose to join Team Whiskey, and there’s no sign of that changing anytime soon.
Whiskey confronts TK

TK finally shows up at home and Whiskey confronts him. TK is dodgy about where he’s been, but Whiskey pushes him for answers, warning him that hanging out with Pius is a dangerous game. TK snaps back, accusing Whiskey of hypocrisy.
Keith is still missing

Keith hasn’t shown up for work, again, and Tsietsi’s getting more worried by the minute. He asks Latoya to cover Keith’s shift, but no one seems to realise just how much danger Keith is in.
Whiskey’s showdown with Pius

Whiskey storms into the club and confronts Pius, furious that TK has been dragged into Pius’ circle. But Pius doesn’t take threats lightly, and things quickly escalate - Whiskey’s in over his head.
The Prof is hijacked!

Meanwhile, the Prof and Charity are spending more time together, their relationship slowly blossoming. But things take a dangerous turn when, on his way home after dropping her off, the Prof is suddenly hijacked. The danger Tsietsi and his family are facing is getting all too real.
TK’s dangerous path

Things get serious when Whiskey discovers TK is now carrying a gun - and refuses to give it up. Whiskey realises his brother is getting in way too deep. Desperate, he goes to Tsietsi and agrees to help take down Pius once and for all.
Pius strikes first

But Pius is always one step ahead. He’s waiting for Tsietsi and Whiskey at Tsietsi’s house, and threatens them that the Kwaal better be the biggest event the Vaal has ever seen - or else. Pius’s goons have already hijacked the Prof, and now his life is on the line.
The stakes have never been higher. Can Tsietsi and Whiskey take down Pius, or is the Kwaal set to be their final showdown? Stay tuned to 016FM - things are getting dangerous! New episodes land every Wednesday, only on Showmax.
