Am I OK? (2024)
Am I OK? tells the story of Lucy and Jane, lifelong best friends who believe they know everything about each other. But when Jane announces she’s moving to London, Lucy reveals a long-held secret. As Jane tries to help Lucy navigate coming out in her 30s, their friendship is put to the test.
People’s Choice winner Dakota Johnson (the Fifty Shades films) and Sonoya Mizuno (House of the Dragon) co-star. The cast also includes Sundance winner Molly Gordon (The Bear). Emmy winner Sean Hayes (Jack in Will & Grace), and Grammy- and Emmy-nominated comedian Tig Notaro, who co-directed Am I OK? with her wife, Emmy-nominated director Stephanie Allynne.
Am I OK? was nominated for Outstanding Film at this year’s GLAAD Media Awards and has an 82% critics’ rating on Rotten Tomatoes. The Pink Lens calls it “a warm hug of a movie that feels like a cupcake for the soul.”
