BBNaija 10/10: Road to finale
Season 10 of the Big Brother Naija reality show has been nothing short of electrifying, packed with strategy, romance, rivalries and unforgettable drama. From explosive fights to hilarious Saturday night parties, fans haven’t missed a beat because Showmax has streamed the action live and round the clock. After weeks of twists and tension, only 9 Housemates remain in the race for the grand prize.
At the heart of the season were 29 Housemates who stepped into Biggie’s house and created unforgettable characters that kept audiences glued to their screens. Here’s a recap on the some of the storylines that defined the season.
The entertainers

Rooboy, Imisi, Koyin, Kuture and Jason Jae kept the season buzzing with lore, iconic fights and meme-worthy moments for the season. Imisi’s firebrand attitude made her a fan favourite, while Jason Jae, Koyin, Rooboy and Kuture owned the dance floor at the Saturday night parties.
Love triangles and tension
The Dede-Kola-Koyin triangle delivered constant drama. Dede called Kola “two-faced”, yet she has remained somewhat romantically linked to him in the house. Both have claimed their relationship won’t continue outside but their on-screen tension continues to fuel speculation. Meanwhile, Koyin insisted he and Dede are just friends, though both the Housemates and viewers believe his actions suggest otherwise. Away from Dede, Koyin also shared lighter moments with Isabella, while Sultana and Jason Jae created a territorial bond.
Friends and frenemies
Beyond the ships, alliances shifted fast. Rooboy, Mensan and Koyin found warmth in friendship even as rivalries raged. Faith, once seen as calm, embraced the villain role after his explosive fallout with Imisi. He sharpened his strategy and dominated the tasks and Head of House challenges. Imisi regained her footing with ties to Isabella and Kola, balancing fights with moments of growth, even as her occasional clashes with Rooboy and Faith provided some of the season’s most heated and at times hilarious moments.
Chaos agents and game moves
Kaybobo, the house chef, won goodwill in the kitchen and respect with bold moves. Zita lived up to her chaos-agent tag, sparking drama long after losing her closest allies, Danboskid and Tracy. Her eviction, alongside Rooboy and Mide, sealed the final 10 lineup. Unlike previous seasons, BBNaija 10/10 will crown its winner from a final 10 instead of the usual smaller lineup.
Emotional highs and shocking twists

The final week has been marked by drama and mixed emotions. Jason Jae closed the circle as both the first and final Head of House of the season. In what could be seen as the emotional highlight of the season, Biggie reunited Housemates with loved ones after Koyin picked the red telephone and accepted Biggie’s ₦4.5 million deal, which gave them the chance to see family and friends.

Perhaps the biggest twist came Thursday evening with Faith’s disqualification. Following a violent confrontation with Sultana, Faith was removed from the house in line with Section 15, Sub-section 1 of the Rule Book, which states that any Housemate who becomes physically violent may be immediately disqualified. His departure has shaken up the game and ensured that the finale will play out without one of its most controversial figures.
The final 9
The drama, the strategy and the tears all come to an end this Sunday, 5 October with the top 9 finalists - Dede, Imisi, Isabella, Jason Jae, Kaybobo, Kola, Koyin, Mensan and Sultana - in the running.
Stream the BBNaija 10/10 finale live on Showmax and witness history as Nigeria crowns its next Big Brother Naija champion.
