The season finale of Princess on a Hill revealed secrets, intense confrontations, and Zara’s ultimate decision to break free from the man who has controlled her every move.
Secrets unveiled and loyalties tested

In the final episode, the tension thickens as Zara continues her investigation into Ogun Holdings and its connection to Lawson Group. She learns Genta is owned by Lawson's estranged son, Folusho Dada.
This startling disclosure makes Zara realise just how personal this corporate takeover truly is for Mr Lawson, who has kept this secret hidden for years. Lawson reveals the pain of his past, confessing how his ambition led to his wife, Eniola Dada’s tragic death.
Meanwhile, Ozzy, fueled by grief and anger, accuses his mother, Madame Obiora, of poisoning his father, only to later discover her innocence. He pleads with Zara to leave Lawson’s toxic world before it destroys her too.
Breaking free from Lawson’s grasp

Zara faces danger on all sides - a lawsuit, an abduction, and new information about Lawson’s dark past. As the mystery deepens, Zara uncovers the truth about Lawson’s helicopter crash.
In a dramatic turn of events, Zara finds herself caught between loyalty and survival. Lawson, realising she is digging into dangerous territory, confronts Zara. In a tense scene, he demands that she prove her loyalty to him, warning that if she continues to defy him, there will be consequences.
The climax comes when Zara confronts Mr Lawson with her bold decision to walk away. In her final words, she declares, “Sometimes the princess realises safety is a trap”.
