Single Kiasi Season 2, episode 5 recap: Sintamei runs into her devious ex-colleague
In episode five of Single Kiasi, it’s all about who’s schooling who. Tensions rise at the gym when Sintamei runs into her devious ex-colleague Steve, but a handsome stranger steps in to diffuse the situation. Rebecca, who is still dodging her landlord, receives a surprise when she discovers that Eric has paid her rent. And then there’s Ritchie, who is trying to balance a love triangle between his sugar-mommy Ruby, and his love interest Natasha.
Rebecca has enrolled in college to study economics, but she feels out of place among the younger students. Her first day is a disaster when the lecturer singles her out and embarrasses her in front of the entire class, ultimately kicking her out for being late.

Mariah takes on the task of cautioning Ritchie about his complicated love life. She warns him not to waste his hard-earned money on Natasha, who pressures him into defining their relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend. Despite Mariah's warnings, Ritchie decides to make it official. What will Ruby think?

Over dinner, Mariah tries to mend her relationship with Sintamei, and suggests that she try to discover what Steve is up to, and if his intentions to join forces with Sintamei’s law firm are genuine. She catches his eye at the gym and the two meet for a date. Mariah falls for his good-guy act, but we know there’s more to this story. Darker forces are at work and Steve’s ulterior motives could put Sintamei's business in jeopardy.
The drama is definitely brewing and we can’t wait to see what will happen next! Be sure you don’t miss out and add Single Kiasi to your watchlist. New episodes land every Monday, only on Showmax.
