At the heart of Jacob's Daughters is a tale of four half-sisters: Nuru, Nana, Caroline, and Candy. They are brought together by their father, Mr Jacob, but divided by decades of drama. The sisters are pulled into an emotional whirlwind of romantic entanglements, secrets, and struggles against their father's complicated relationships.
As conflicts intensify, the sisters find their unity tested when Mr Jacob falls for Diana, a charismatically divisive figure. Diana's presence threatens not only their family bond but also the family's stability, forcing the sisters to confront their past and fight for their future.
