016FM Season 1 Episode 4 recap: The makeover
016FM continues to light up the airwaves as the Kwaal competition rages on between Whiskey and Tsietsi. Queen shakes things up at the station, and Tsietsi tries a new tactic to win over fans. Here’s the recap.
Sparks fly at Pi’s place

Pi’s Place is buzzing with energy as DJ Whiskey plays his set. Latoya arrives and the flirty vibes between her and Whiskey don't go unnoticed. Fans share the chemistry across social media, adding to the buzz.
Whiskey’s romantic hopes

TK happily reports that Whiskey’s online following is skyrocketing, thanks to his set with Latoya. However, on Latoya’s morning show, she denies any romantic involvement, much to Whiskey’s disappointment, even if he won’t admit it.
Tsietsi’s poster problem

The Prof’s attempt to boost Tsietsi’s image backfires. The posters have been printed with a misplaced hashtag. Tsietsi confronts his well-meaning father, who’s now left with boxes of incorrect merchandise.
A double makeover

Queen makes her mark at 016FM, bringing in state-of-the-art studio equipment and stylish new furniture. Impressed by Queen’s transformation of the office, Tsietsi decides it’s time he gets a drastic new look too, to boost his appeal in the Kwaal competition, and asks Queen to help him.
Whiskey lags behind

While Whiskey pines over Latoya, Tsietsi takes his campaigning one step further and announces auditions for new talent to join his Kwaal set. If Whiskey doesn’t get his head back in the game, he might find he’s too far behind!
Tsietsi’s bold new look

Queen takes Tsietsi shopping, giving him a complete makeover. When they arrive at the club, he worries about being laughed at, but is pleasantly surprised by the attention he gets–especially from the ladies. Karabo, however, is not thrilled when she sees the reactions online!
Will Tsietsi’s new look help him in the Kwaal? Will Whiskey get over his crush on Latoya? Stay tuned to catch the latest episodes of 016FM on Showmax every Wednesday!
