Set in the fictional Binneland Clinic in Pretoria, kykNET’s beloved medical drama delves into the lives of doctors and nurses, not to mention their families and patients, exploring both their professional and personal challenges.
Binnelanders Season 14 won three SAFTAs last year, including Best Actor in a TV Soap for Germandt Geldenhuys as Louis Koster and Best Supporting Actress for Marlee van der Merwe as twins Marissa and Ella.
At the 2024 Silwerskerm Awards, Hans Strydom, best known as At Koster in over 4000 episodes of Binnelanders, received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
