Gomora S4
The fourth and final season of the hit drama, Gomora, is coming to Showmax express from Mzansi Magic this month.
Season 4 sees enemies go to war as the young people of Gomora spiral out of control, driven by self-inflicted pain, generational pain, and PTSD, which pushes a young girl to become a murderer, while a new mother unravels after giving birth. There is joy too, as the community celebrates a long-awaited wedding and dreams are fulfilled, but some dreams are destined to be shattered. With the soul of Gomora at stake, every criminal left alive wants a piece of it… and there are new vultures circling, hungry for their own piece of the action.
Sizwe Kubheka (iNkaba, Reyka) joins the school this season as Tumelo, with Luxolo Ndabeni (Lockdown) coming in as Mthokozisi and Sabelo Radebe (Lingashoni, 7de Laan) as Lenny.
Gomora has already won two SAFTAs – Most Popular TV Soap, and Best Achievement in Directing – Telenovela – with a further six nominations.
Katlego Danke was also named Outstanding Lead Actress at the 2023 Royalty Soapie Awards, where Connie Chiume took home the Lifetime Achievement Award and Gomora picked up additional awards for Outstanding Casting and Editing.
