Shebeen Queens is a reality show about three self-made female entrepreneurs: Alina Sishange, Big Mama, and Xoliswa Shwayimba.

The Showmax Original is an all-access look into the lives of the women behind some of the most infamous shebeens in Soweto - Alina’s Place, Big Mama’s Tavern, and Rama Tavern.

Produced by Barkers Media (How To Manifest A Man), Shebeen Queens explores how the shebeen queens try to balance parenting with keeping their businesses afloat in a cut-throat, male-dominated, all-hours industry that is filled with liquor and laughter.
