Neetasha on what was left unsaid in the Sugar & Spice reunion
The reunion of The Mommy Club: Sugar & Spice had viewers on the edge of their seats, especially after the dramatic moment when Neetasha Singh Bugwandin abruptly walked off set. Her unexpected exit left a trail of unanswered questions about her role on the show, her relationships with the other women, and the intense argument with Naliyani Uma, which quickly escalated into a classic "she said, she said" situation.
In Part 2 of the reunion, the ladies didn’t hold back. They laid everything bare, confronting their issues head-on and leaving no topic off-limits. They delved deep into the breakdowns of their friendships, discussing the reasons behind their fallouts and whether there was any hope for reconciliation.
This raw and emotional conversation gave fans a closer look at the personal dynamics behind the drama, offering the tea into the complexities of their relationships and what might lie ahead.

Over the past 13 weeks, the ladies of The Mommy Club had appeared to be a close-knit group of friends, but the reunion revealed that behind the scenes, there was a lot of unresolved drama that had impacted their dynamics.
In her first interview since the reunion, Neetasha opens up about her state of mind, shedding light on why she walked off set during the reunion and her thoughts on her co-stars.

Why did you walk out of the reunion?
As strong and fearless as I am, I will not tolerate being in an environment where I feel threatened, bullied, or harassed. I walked out to protect myself and my mental health. I know the value I bring and I could not endure any further mistreatment.
On top of the insults and belittling, everyone on set was fully aware that I had just lost a close family member hours before the shoot. The lack of support or empathy from women I considered my friends was deeply hurtful, although I must commend Lenore for standing by me and the truth.
Family comes first. No fame or fortune can ever take precedence over family. I had lost my mom’s eldest sister, who was like a second mother to me. As I sat there on set, my mind was entirely with my family and the grief they were facing. My aunt, fondly known as “top mommy”, was a huge influence in my life, a fierce and powerful woman I loved with all my heart.
Do you regret walking out?
No, I do not regret walking out. I will always stand up for what is right, and the toxic and hostile environment I was placed in absolutely warranted my leaving. If anything, I regret not walking out sooner. It became clear to me that this was a losing battle, especially as I was being ganged up on.

How is your relationship now with your co-stars?
I feel like I was ambushed. The entire cast, with the exception of Lenore, sat back and allowed a false narrative to be pushed forward. There were assumptions that "Londi" was Christina’s fake profile, but when asked about it, everyone stayed silent.
It was bizarre to me because they were the ones who had insisted it was Christina in various group messages, turning it into a joke on several occasions. What shocked me the most was Asharia endorsing a false narrative about the dressing room incident. I was in no way up in anyone’s face nor did I kick down any doors.
Those statements were deeply defamatory, a blatant attack on my dignity, and just constant insults throughout the reunion. There’s a huge difference between aggression and anger. I can own my anger because I had every right to feel it, but I was not aggressive. After hearing the recording, I felt further insulted by the lies and disrespect being thrown my way in that dressing room.
I had been provoked for almost a year. At some point, you have to stand up for yourself! But I will make it clear: never with violence.
Which of the ladies mentioned that Christina’s fake troll account was Londi?
All of the ladies were a part of that conversation in a group chat.
Did Kim tell you that Naliyani was coming for you at the reunion?
Yes, Kim told me on several occasions that Naliyani was coming for me, and I believed her because they are close friends.

Is there anything you didn’t say at the reunion that you would like to clarify?
Yes, I want to make it clear that I do not have any fake Instagram accounts. “Bonang” is a real person. I cannot control who people choose to like or dislike.
Also, Modelcampsa has been using social media to promote itself from the very beginning, just like any other business would.
Is there hope for you and the other mommies to get along again?
Once bitten, twice shy.
