The Mommy Club Sugar & Spice finale: Make-up class clashes
There was a little bit of drama on episode 11 of The Mommy Club: Sugar and Spice. While the ladies have been getting along nicely this season – expect for those challenges with Christina – they rubbed each other up the wrong way towards the end. Things went south after Resh’s event as she felt disrespected by two of her co-stars.
She raised her concerns about Lenore and Neetasha showing up to her make-up masterclass with a full face beat. “You know something was worrying me and I’m thinking let me raise it while we’re talking about it.”
Hurt and disrespect

She addressed both of them and mentioned that she’s been very supporting of their events. “I was flabbergasted that both of you chose to have your make-up done by another make-up artist and then come to my course. That evening I actually cried to Losh,” she told them, adding that she felt hurt and disrespected.
She told them that if they didn’t want to attend the class, they could have just told her. “I would have given it to any other two people. I would have given it to the girls, because I really wanted to give it to the kids,” Resh said.
Hyperpigmentation struggles vs makeup etiquette

Lenore was surprised by her reaction. “I didn’t know that it affected you that much … I read that thing it said, dare to go bare. I chose to not to take the dare. You haven’t been in my shoes; you don’t know what it’s like to suffer with critical hyperpigmentation ... For a year, my husband didn’t even look at my face because it was so bad,” Lenore explained.
Resh couldn’t understand the explanation because she had seen an Instagram Reel of Lenore showing off her face without make-up. However, Lenore seems to believe that their presence should be seen as a demonstration of their support for Resh. “I think the fact that we were there, and we supported you, we wanted to be there for you. We listened. We heard what you were speaking about. It’s not like we sat back, and we weren’t taking in what you were saying,” she said.
Resh believes that Lenore’s true colours are starting to show. “She was exceptionally rude in the way she handled it,” she shared. Lenore is under the impression that Resh has a personal issue with her. But some of the other ladies understand where Resh is coming from. Kim shared her thoughts. “I think going to a makeup masterclass with a full glam by another make-up artist is disrespectful,” she said.
